Are you wondering what to do for that special someone for Valentines day, plan on coming to out Valentine dinner and wine paring. If you liked what we did last year, get ready for this year’s menu, we think it is even better. Hope to see many of you there.
This year’s meal on Saturday February 16th has 4 courses and will cost $30.
The appetizer course will be a Melon and Prosciutto salad paired with a Sauvignon Blanc.
The soup course will be Corn Chowder paired with a German Riesling.
The entree course will feature a choice of Sundried Tomato Pesto pasta with or without chicken with a crostini, or Spinach and Mushroom stuffed beef tenderloin with truffled wine sauce and garlic mashed potatoes. Both options are paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon.
Dessert will be Creme Brule paired with Moscato
